Every organisation subscribed to Diligence Hub must create one Company Details page – this page holds important information about the company, its officers, insurances, various policies and the expectations it has of its suppliers and customers. This forms part of what we call the corporate-level due diligence.

Diligence Packs require information about specific service models such as umbrella employment, CIS and Limited Company Accountancy services.

Whilst an organisation has only one Company Details page, it may have several different Diligence Packs – it’s a one-to-many-relationship.

 

By its very nature Diligence Hub has to be a very secure platform.

We don’t permit just anyone to sign-up and we certainly don’t want bots trying to access the site, so we check the details of everyone who registers on the platform.

That’s why we ask that you create a free main account – called the Account Owner – before so we can verify that and grant access to our paid-for plans.

If, after you create a free account, you decide that Diligence Hub wouldn’t be useful to you, you can simply delete your account.

If you proceed in opening a paid account, which enables you to use all of Diligence Hub’s features, this account will be the Account Owner and will be able to manage both the Company Details page and all Diligence Packs.

As well as that Account Owners can add sub-accounts for colleagues and manage their access to create modify or view Diligence Packs.

Only Account Owners can add or edit your organisation’s Company Detail page

Each account on Diligence Hub has a set number of users – so you can allow multiple staff to manage your Diligence Packs, make and accept Diligence Pack access requests.

Each user has their own login and since we use two factor authentication, it’s highly secure.
