Every engagement type you offer will have at least two different basic contracts:-



One for the worker


One for the recruiter



We call these contract sets and, since our Diligence Pack contains examples of your offered contracts, one engagement type = one contract set. 



So if you offer for example umbrella AND CIS/self-employments engagements, then you’ll need two contract sets.

Each account on Diligence Hub has a set number of users – so you can allow multiple staff to manage your Diligence Packs, make and accept requests from recruiters.

Each user has their own login and since we use two factor authentication, it’s highly secure.
