COMPLIANCE YOU CAN COMPARE

THE CURRENT PROBLEM

Everyone answers yes.

Ask whether a supplier is compliant and everyone says yes. What differs is how much evidence sits behind the answer.

One company has current packs, verified payroll and a clean public record you can check today. Another has an assurance email. Both give you the same answer.

So everyone in the chain ends up making the same judgement call on very different amounts of proof, and the operators doing the most work have no way to show it.

HOW INDEX WORKS

Multiple inputs.
One score.

FCSA Accreditation sets the standard. inDEX shows how much verified evidence a company has on the platform to demonstrate it.

01

FCSA Accreditation

Whether a company holds current FCSA Accreditation, and whether that status is live today rather than on the date a certificate was issued.

02

veriPAYE verification rate

The proportion of payments checked and verified against payroll integrity rules. Evidence of what the payroll actually did, every cycle.

03

Pack completeness

Whether corporate and engagement packs are complete, current and published, or sitting with missing and stale sections.

04

Network activity

How the company behaves inside Diligence Exchange: responding to access requests, keeping relationships current, maintaining its record.

05

Sector
behaviour

How a company conducts itself in the wider market, read from publicly accessible records: Companies House filings, credit data, county court judgements, insolvency events and director history.

MARKETPLACE

Good operators, easy to find.

The Marketplace is a browsable directory of every company on Diligence Exchange, listed with its inDEX score.

For recruiters, MSPs and neutral vendors, it’s a way to find new umbrella partners who are already verified rather than starting from a cold list and a questionnaire.

For umbrellas, it’s the other half of the point. Doing compliance properly has always cost time and money and returned very little you could show a prospect. A visible score and a marketplace listing turn that work into something commercial.
