veriPAYE

premium payslip audits for the whole supply chain

helping recruiters

veriPAYE strengthens the due diligence processes you already carry out by providing you with a FREE centralised view of payments made to your contractors and workers via your umbrellas. Reducing your costs and ensuring compliance.

We help agencies  to de-risk by giving you the tools you need to identify potential issues early so you can work with your umbrella provider to resolve queries fast.

We help you to de-risk your liabilities by providing you with an independent verification platform you can rely on – with forensic checks on every single payment.

veriPAYE also automatically sends you a free audit results report weekly or monthly and you can, of course, login to your account to see audit results at any time, independently proving your umbrellas are doing their job for your candidates.

As a bonus, if the umbrella is FCSA Certificated, you’ll see their badges and you can rest assured they’ve already passed the toughest checks in the business and are committed to being compliant and transparent in all their dealings with your candidates.

Umbrella company compliance

helping umbrellas

veriPAYE helps umbrella companies win recruiter trust by proving compliance in real time.

veriPAYE is a trusted compliance partner for umbrella companies, providing fast, secure, and affordable validation of payslips for only a few pennies per payslip, all while helping uphold industry-wide standards through FCSA support.

veriPAYE relieves administrative burden, reduces risk, and builds confidence across the supply chain all at very low cost.

Every payslip is independently verified and reconciled against HMRC data, giving recruiters a clear audit trail, reduced risk, and confidence that workers are paid correctly.

For your agencies, this means safer supply chains and a strong assurance they can pass on to end-clients — turning umbrella compliance into a selling point, not just a claim.

made by FCSA

FCSA is a non-profit organisation founded in 2008 and we have raised standards of the whole industry by building a certification system and a series of Codes of Conduct which are widely regarded as the best in the business.

FCSA’s aim is to ensure all parties in the supply chain can expect the highest levels of compliance, transparency, and reliability.

In 2022 we decided that we wanted to go even further and do realtime payslip checking. We looked into what we needed and we couldn’t find anything that quite met our needs and was scalable to some of the largest companies in the sector.

We also had serious concerns that what was available on the market wasn’t cost-effective at scale – and bearing in mind that ultimately the cost of compliance is borne by the individual workers, we wanted to get that cost down to an absolute minimum.

So, working with leading industry software experts, we built our own!

Free to all recruitment agencies

Yes, it's FREE for agencies

We recognise that all the steps taken in the compliance journey come at a cost – either time, resource or both – which eventually affects your candidates and your bottom line.

At the same time we’re dedicated to our mission to ensure that our industry is as compliant, open, honest and transparent as possible.

So we decided to make the reports and recruiter consoles on the veriPAYE platform completely FREE to recruitment agencies, employment businesses, managed service providers and, where appropriate, end-clients.

If your business needs veriPAYE to audit your own agency payroll, then please get in touch for details.

veriPAYE is also FREE for software providers
