made by FCSA

FCSA’s aim is to ensure all parties in the supply chain can expect the highest levels of compliance, transparency, and reliability.

We’re a non-profit organisation founded in 2008 and we have raised standards of the whole industry by building a certification system and a series of Codes of Conduct which are widely regarded as the best in the business.

In 2022 we decided that we wanted to go even further and do realtime payslip checking. We looked into what we needed and we couldn’t find anything that quite met our needs and was scalable to some of the largest companies in the sector.

We also had serious concerns that what was available on the market wasn’t cost-effective at scale – and bearing in mind that ultimately the cost of compliance is borne by the individual workers, we wanted to get that cost down to an absolute minimum.

So – working with leading industry experts – we built our own!

payslip verification

veriPAYE strengthens the due diligence processes you already carry out by providing you with a centralised view of payments made to your contractors and workers via your umbrellas. – Reducing your costs and ensuring compliance.

We help you to reduce risk by giving you the tools you need to identify potential issues early so you can work with your umbrella provider to resolve queries fast.
We help you to improve your compliance by providing you with an independent verification platform you can rely on
veriPAYE will provide you with an audit trail on request, independently proving you carried out due diligence.

As a bonus, if the umbrella is FCSA Certificated, you’ll see their badges and you can rest assured they’ve already passed the toughest checks in the business and are committed to being compliant and transparent in dealing with your contractors/workers
